Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 - Lock Screen

Hi, just wondering if the full screen album art for the lock screen is being added to the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4? As it is currently abit of nuisance having to unlock the tablet every time i want to skip or change a song.

Do you have a headset control such as 'JAYS Headset Control' installed at all? if so, uninstall it.

If not a clean install may help; please read the guide linked below for details on getting a completely clean install of the Spotify app. This should be the first step and can help resolve issues such as:

- Black screen on startup
- Offline data not storing on SD card
- Random crashes or FC's
- Track degradation or skipping
- Playlists and tracks no longer available

Still not showing up. I don't use any headset controls so thats not it, I also tried unitstalling the app and reinstalling nothing changed aswell. Can you confirm there is actual lock screen player for this tablet?

The lockscreen widget is a standard of Android KitKat.

Are you using an app which gives you a custom lockscreen at all?

I have a Galaxy Tab S and the lock screen wiidget does not appear for me either.

I have exactly the same issue. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, no headphone app, not rooted, standard 4.4.2 Kitkat Android and Spotify control never comes up on the lock screen
