Kindle Fire HD track playing but no sound

Hi,

I have a kindle fire HD but when I play tracks on spotify there is no sound. The volume on the device is fine as it plays sound using other apps.

The sound has worked ok with spotify previously and so I don't know what has gone wrong here. I am on Spotify premium if that helps.

Can anyone help please.

I have the same problem on my Sony Ericsson Arc S. I've tried to uninstall and then reinstall Spotify but nothing works. How do i fix it?

I've reinstalled it twice. I'll just have to cancel my subscription if it isn't fixed soon

I'm having the same problem on my Kindle Fire, but Spotify works fine on my iPhone. I'm a little frustrated; I'm getting ready to go on a long flight tomorrow and was hoping to use my Fire for my in-flight entertainment.

Since spotify is quirky with my ipod I d/l the app to my kindle fire. No sound.

No sound when playing on my Kindle Fire HD. Kindle is working fine and sound is just fine otherwise. Plays fine on my GalaxyS5.How do I fix this?????

Hi. The old app had been replaced. Can you uninstalling the app you currently have and then reinstall from the kindle store?
