I guess it's because it uses GLES extension and Boox doesn't have it - it's a eInk display reader so there would be no reason to produce it with such elaborate GPU. Are there any plans to make spotify work on such the devices? There are also some phones with eInk displays and it's going to get a bigger and bigger issue soon. It would be nice to listen to my favourite music when reading my favourite books.
