Thanks dude!, I think that would be the solution, I tried it and it works! if I look for "top tracks USA" then it will show it the official spotify playlist (that's that I want to listen to). I will hope that Spotify consider to show the USA top tracks playlists in the top lists option.

I have used Spotify since March this year, I remember that when I opened the top lists option, I could see the top lists of every country, now I hate I only can see the playlists of Spain and Colombia (my country). Also, the app recommend me playlists in Spanish. I love English, that's why I'd prefer to see US or UK playlists. Is there an option to change the region or something like that? I'm premium member and I'm not enjoying it.

How about if you search Playlists for "top talks in the uk" i think it's changed the order Playlists appear, but you should still have access to other regions.

Hey, I tried to do that, but I'd need to replace my pay option to change my country. So, that's not possible to do.
