Dear Support & Community,

Since the last Update the app crashes always in the launching process.

I´m using a Samsung Galaxy Note III with Android 4.4.2.

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app?

I even did a factory rest of mij Note 3 without result

Sometimes it starts but in 90% of the attempts to start the app it fails

I suspect a faulty SD card, or corrupt cache. The guide linked below will help you find the folders to remove from the SD card and troubleshoot further issues.
