No Radio option on Spotify app for Android

I just recently switched from an iphone to the galaxy s5 and I immediately downloaded Spotify. The first thing I noticed is that when I went to start up the app for the first time, there was no option for Radio on my phone. I also pay every month for Spotify premium. Is this some sort of server error or an error on my phone? anyone have any ideas? I reached out to Spotify and they havent responded back. Its kind of pointless to pay for premium service every month if I cant have access to all the features on my phone.

That's odd... it's not showing in the menu bar? Can you try logging out and back in again?

I have logged out and back in a handful of times. I also uninstalled the app and rebooted my phone. Still nothing in my menu bar for Radio.

Can you confirm the app version?

I think it may be an issue sitting at the server side, give support a shout and let them know what you've tried and see if they can see what the issue might be.

Contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

Ah yes, you did say that. Try replying to the automatic email you received as it will get picked up by support.
