Hmmm.. Probable best having a look in the Deskyop help forum as this is most likely something the dektop guru's will know better than myself who uses mainly the Android app.

I'm trying to sync songs from my desktop to my LG G3. It has never shown up in the Device tab. It has never synced the songs. I have...

1. Connected both devices to the same Wi-Fi, opened both apps at the same time, and waited

2. Uninstalled and reinstalled both versions of the app

3. Disabled all firewalls on my computer

4. Enabled UPnP

and a bunch of other things from turning off cellular data, reconnecting to the Wi-Fi, made sure Spotify was downloading something on the wi-fi, etc. etc.

Pretty sure the feature is completely broken, but if anyone has anymore ideas, I'd be interested.

Hi, when you say you disabled firewalls did you check Windows firewall as well? Sometimes thi sis overlooked and you need to allow Spotify connections in the firewall settings

Yep, I disabled both my own firewall as well as Windows Firewall. Unless there are multiple Windows firewalls to disable, I only know of that one.
