i read the thread about discover in the announcements forum and it seems to be coming and going for desktop users, but i have no discover in current spotify 1.7.0.830 for android running on android 4.4.4 samsung s5.

That's odd... I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

according to @spotifycares they are testing Highlights in place of Discover on some devices, they asked me for feedback so i started a thread here:
