Own Music doesnt play offline

Hello

if I want to listen to my own music offline that I added from the pc, the songs run through but there is no sound. But is my phone connected with a Bluetooth adapter, it works fine.

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

When playing the track on your PC, are you sure no other audio device are selected to play it through (like your Bluetooth adapter)?

Are you sure the audio settings on your PC are configured properly?

When going to something like YouTube, does the sound work there?

Thanks for the reply. But the problem only occurs when playing my own songs with my phone. On the PC everything works.

And if you're streaming on Bluetooth it's all OK... The issue is when using your headphones or speaker?

Yes with streaming on Bluetooth everything works well. With Headphone or Speakers are no sound. This issue is only with songs they are not on Spotify and only from my PC.
