"You're offline" always shown in search tab.

Even when I have access to Internet it "You're offline" is shown for a second and then my recent searches are shown.

Have you tried re-installing the App?

Have you checked your Settings? There's an Offline toggle there which you might have flicked on!

The same thing happens to me on my HTC one M8. it's normal, the spotify app tends to take some time to connect to the servers.

Jag har samma problem med min Samsung S5. Har prövat att installera om och updaterat men inget fungerar. Ibland hoppar den igång men för det mesta står det bara att jag inte har någon internet anslutning, men anslutningen fungerar felfritt i övrigt på enheten.

Har inte spotify någon kundservice man kan maila direkt?

I have the same problem. My device is a Samsung S5 and i've reinstall the app and update it, but nothing works. Sometimes it just work but most of the time it says there is no internet connection, but the connection is fine in all other apps on the phone.

Have someone found a coustomerservice e-mail?
