    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's in the Spotify app's settings, which you can get to by bringing up the sidebar on Android. Once you're on the settings page, if you'll scroll down until you see "sync over cellular," that's the option you're looking for. It defaults to "off" because it will use a lot of data if you download a lot of music. It's usually best to download over a WiFi network if possible, especially if you don't have unlimited data usage, but turning that setting on will let you download over your mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 4G LTE phone and I signed up for Premium.&amp;nbsp; When I switch available offline on, I get a message that says "Turn on 2G/3G syncing to download".&amp;nbsp; How do I do that?&lt;/P&gt;
