My Sync over 2G/3G option is missing in the settings?

Why?

How can i get this back without loosing any downloaded songs?

The option was changed to be "Sync over cellular" in the latest version. Are you sure the option is missing?

ah ok Thanks, Yes i see the option, It's on but still keeps telling me to turn on the sync over 2G/3G. I've turned off and on again my phone but still the same thing.
