HTC one Max since last update help!!!!!!

Since the lateset update on my (Sprint) HTC One Max, every so often opening the program will reboot my phone, constently downloads playlist over and over and over again, stops in the middle of songs. I have restored my phone to factory everything. Did not let it recover any of my stuff, and still does the exact same things with nothing else installed. All settings are at factory. also have the SD card removed. No other program on my phone seems to be acting up, just spotify. Anyone had any issues like this or suggestions to try?

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

Thanks guys. I had contacted spoitfy directly and it was an issue on there side. They reset the cache on there end and now everything works. Strange how that affected my phone so much. But they are really good people there and figured it out pretty fast. After they deleted it and told me to reinstall it with SD card removed for the 30th time.....(geeezzzz) this one finnally fix the issues. SD cards, HTC One Max and Otterbox is a rough combination to keep removing it. I would have just left it out but they are so small and tiny I am scared to loose it. And since the only time I can do anything is at work.....

So problems solved!
