No audio working on LG G2 Mini

Good evening,

today i bought the premium version of Spotify but when i try to play music on my Lg,it doesn't make any sound.

It work only if i try to play a music on remote with another device.

Yes i tried a lot of Times.
I can listen to music only IF a play a song from an external device

Is it just Spotify or for all media players? Can you try with your stock player?

Also, Speaker/Headphones/Both?

No ok it doesn't work,the audio was of the headphone of my Pc and not of my Mobile Phone

This is odd I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

Ok I solved,that's my bad.

An hour ago I supposed that the problem could be the applications that doesn't make me play the sound.

And that's the solution: I disinstall an app called Amplify,then I reload.

Finally the sound works,so thanks all of you for the support
