Premiun no se activa en Android.

Recientemente hice mi pago de Premium después de que mi tarjeta de crédito fallo en uno de los pagos. En mi computadora, Spotify premium funciona a la perfección, pero desde que lo renové, la aplicación de mi Samsung S4 no abre mi premium. Intenté desinstalar y reinstalar la aplicación, también cerrar sesion y volver a entrar, cerrar sesion y apagar el equipo, pero nada funcionó.

Can you try checking your Account page?
Also, make sure you're using the right account details as it's easy to mix up Spotify Accounts and Facebook accounts

If you're still not getting it I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
