spotify doesnt load correctly

Hello my friends. I got a problem.

So basically my mobile app doesn't work properly.
Everytime i open the application it just says spotify in the right corner. Nothing else. It just won't load anything. I reinstalled the app several times and it always workes once and then never again.
I got premium and it worked properly about a month ago.

Please help

Did you try a clean install as per the below guide? Note the checking of folder and make sure to reboot after the uninstall.
