Android Offline playlists- Three or More Device error, despite removing them all

My app is displaying the following error when trying to download a playlist for offline:

"SYNCING ERROR

You have synced your playlists to more than three devices. You can only have three devices synced at any one time. This device will therefore be desynced."

To try to fix it, I went to my account, and under offline devices, hit removed all. I also uninstalled the application, and reinstalled it on my phone. This error is still present however, and I'm at a loss of how to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Spotify Android App Version 1.9.0.1273

HTC One M8

Android Version 4.4.4

HTC Sense version 6.0

Not sure what other information to provide. if more is needed, please let me know.

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
