Hello everybody, I changed my smartphone to a new one and Im trying to open spotify in the new phone but it doesnt open, it doesnt charge anything and i dont know what to do.

Anybody know what happen?

Hi, sorry are you saying your new phone won't open the Spotify app and it's not charging? If so, sounds like a hardware fault. Maybe you should try a factory reset?

If it's just that Spotify is not opening did you by any chance take an SD card from your previous phone and put it in your new one... then INstallSpotify? If so the cache may be corrupt.

Try clearing the cache then re-opening and logging into the app.

my english isnt so good but, i open spotify app and it doesnt do anything, the screen stay black like trying to charge spotify app

PD: how i do to eliminate the cache?

ready, I eliminated the cache and downloaded it again and works perfectly
