Songs Unavailable

Hi,

I imported my itunes playlists, consisting of artists that Spotify doesnt have the permissions for and then made some of them available of line on my Samsung. However, when I play some of these i get a message saying "this song is not available." This issue doesn't seem to be connected to the fact that they're not availble on spotify, all my Beatles and AC/DC play fine and it doesn't apply to an artist as a whole. For example several of my Kate Rusby albums play fine while others won't. Any tips please?

Similar problem. I am a premium user. I'm trying to synch songs which are available on my computer to my android phone. During the process, the songs show up as available and can be played from the phone. Soon as the synching process is over, they become grayed out and cannot be played. It happens with most songs, but not all. In the online help sections, Spotify says that the playlist on the computer will show a green arrow next to the name of the playlist when it can be synched. That arrow never turns green, though the phone tells me that synching is in process. Can anyone help?
