Android app freezes after one song

Description

When I try to play a playlist on spotify on my android device LG G3, it plays one song and then stops and won’t play ant other songs and the app freezes. Also, sometimes when I open the app it doesn’t load properly. It’s just a black background with the menu button in the top left.

What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?

Open Spotify on Android

Select any playlist - synced or otherwise

Press play on a song

Song plays

At end of song, it doesn’t move on to the next song and I can’t manually select another song because the app has frozen

What I expected to happen

I expect all the songs to play, not just the first one
