topic wont sync properly in Android

wont sync properly

i have a samsung galaxy s5 and have been a paying premium user for over a year now, i recently got a samsung galaxy s5 and when i try to sync playlists offline my starred syncs perfectly then my other playlist syncs and then unsyncs itself, i can then click sync offline and it just unsyncs the second it finished syncing, i dont understand what the problem is! please help

Have you read this topic? Also make sure you don't have more than 5 offline devices on your account at www.spotify.com/account

I have 2 devices offline I've already reset them all and logged every device out and turned all devices online then set them to offline again to try and fix this issue like I have already been recommended by my friend and I have definitely not topped 3333 songs, any other tips?
