ok sorry i realise i hacked off with the app right now as I've just tried to listen to a specific offline playlist, and couldn't 😞
..firstly the app is soooo slow to load and sort itself out these days
..secondly the album i had tried to save offline and create playlist etc, yes had only saved a single track!?

really needs to be easier to have single action too offline and album as a playlist imo.... is a right pain i find 😕

...sorry for rant 😄

thanks Ace... a bit of both 😄
i think they are both real issues...
first is app slowness on launching on my Android 4.4.2 device
..second is i still find it difficult to easily and quickly download an album I'm listening too and create a playlist.. which also then has to be made offline... phew!

Lol, alrighty then.
The slowness might have to do with your internet connection. Just type the name of the album or artist or song and then find the album then... download it...
I can't tell you exactly why your songs are downloading slow, because I don't know. It might be because you are trying to download a whole lotta songs and you want it to be fast as lightning. But you have to remember that it's downloading more than one song. SO BE PAITENT.

thanks for the reply.
I'm not sure it is a music download issue though as most of my tunes are offline... it seems more like an app load or cache issue.
....plus i usually use the app in offline mode
