Log in with Facebook failed

Hi there,

I am desperately trying to log in on Spotify on my Android mobile phone. The error I get is "You seem to try to log in from a different country".

I was in Brazil for the last six months and therefore changed the language of facebook from german to portuguese. But I already changed it back now, but it is still not working.

The app is newly installed from the playstore.

Any help would be great!

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. They will be able to look at your account and see what the problem is.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
