    <description>Hi there and welcome to the Spotify Community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think there's another thing going on. There's a difference between storage and memory. I think you have 14 GB of storage left but your memory is full. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can you clean your memory? Simply clean up your background apps. When you go to your home screen and start another app, the previous one still runs in the background. When this happens too much, your memory get's overloaded and give you errors. Another option to clean up is rebooting your phone, as that cleans all memory.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cant open Spotify. It says that I dont have enough memory left on my phone but that is not true I still have 14 GB! I just cant get into Spotify then. Why? I need help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
