https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/Albums-disappear/m-p/1025670#M39482 <P>Hello everyone,</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>I use Spotify Premium and some weeks ago I started recognizing a problem on my Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and on the PC software.</P> <DIV>Nearly every album or song i save normal and for offline use suddenly disappears some minutes or hours later.&nbsp;I can click on the buttons and Spotify even shows the download progress and I can hear those songs for a random time, then they disapper like i have never heard or marked them (they are not listet anywhere).</DIV> <DIV>I don´t get why some albums just stay like the way they should and some (nearly all i try) just disappear.&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>I reinstalled Spotify, updated it, both with restarting the mobile and putting out the battery. I have 9,44GB storage available on my SD card and only 850MB on my mobile device.
