offline sync not working ?

Hello everyone,

i don't understand, i have aplaylist that i cannot sync on my phone : when i switch offline sync on this playlist, it starts to sync and then switch back to "not offline sync". I makes it only with one of my playlist....

Does anyone has the same problem ?

Ty reinstalling the app, and then try to download the playlist again

i have the same problem i have the sony z3 compact and i have re instaled the app 12 times and deleted everything that is related to spotify on my phone. i then install it and it is the same.

i download the music to the phone and it is there ! for a short while then it is gone.

i download it again and the same thing happens again.

and i cant hear every song and some songs i can only play one time.

i have looked at every note there is and nothing helps.
