&lt;P&gt;My shuffle play is not going away. I click to upgrade, enter my info, but nothing. My credit card is saved but I guess I'm on the free trial. Weird if I have to wait until that's up to use the premium feature? And weird that I cannot pay money to get the service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does it say you are currently on premium &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;? &amp;nbsp;Also, have you tried a different browser or clearing your browsing data and trying again? &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/premium/" target="_blank"&gt;Here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is the direct link to subscribe to premium.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is currently a problem that is causing premium to not activate.&lt;/P&gt;
