Android app runs while playing on PC

I noticed today that my phone was burning hot and seems to be 'playing' the music on my phone while I'm actually listening on my PC.

Tried killing the app twice but it kept starting again and burned up the battery on my phone.

Anyone have a similar problem or knows how to solve this issue?

Hey @hlynurs if you're a Premium customer then you'll have Connect activated when both apps are open. This is so you can easily switch the music from one device to another.

If you're listneing on your PC you can close the app in your Android. For more info about Connect we have this thread here: Spotify Connect
