I just signed up for the Spotify Student premium account and it has not gone through on my phone app.

First try signing in and out of the app.

Also try reinstalling the app.

If it still doesn't work,

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
