Downloaded new Andriodapp - Still stuck in Offline

Ive just downloaded the "updated" final version of the Spotify-app (it says Version 0.5.0.1247.g94a8231b) for my Andriod-phone (HTC Incredible S - Android 2.3.5) and noticed by surprise that the thing still won't go Online, allthough i just got Premium aswell. This is terrible stuff from you guys at Spotify, im dissappointed!

Have you tried logging out, clearing your cache/data and log back in? That made it run flawlessly on mine, but I've got the HTC Desire HD though.

Oh, I relogged the app and it appearently seem to work again! Thank you 😄 But im still curious on how to clear the cache, doesnt seem to be as easy to navigate anymore...

Good 😃

On my phone it's done like this:

(log out of Spotify)

settings->applications->manage applications->downloaded (usually selected tab),

find Spotify in the list and tap it,

then tap Force stop and so the buttons Clear data and Clear cache.

(log back in)

I'm now having this problem too; never had an issue with this on the preview version.

Hm.. then I don't know. There's a couple of threads on that issue for the preview version of this release, you might find something helpful there.
