It is brand new. I have to continually reinstall spotify because the thumbs up/down will not work. I press it and it flashes green for the time my finger is on it but as soon as I lift my finger it goes away and does not register. I have searched the forums already and spotify is super annoying in that no human responds to support questions so here I am. I am tired of reinstalling daily! Help!
