So I'm not sure where to put this, but I have been having issues with Spotify crashing whenever I open my Snapchat and I'm not sure whose side is causing the issue, but it's something to look into.

Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

If you are using Android, you might want to try to do this..... Play a song on Spotify. Next, open you snapchat, the music will stop, next, get to the place you want to be on Snapchat, once there, swipe down on your phone to get to the controls and click play again. Music will play until you open something new on Snapchat...then repeat the steps mentioned. That is about the best way I have found to listen to Spotify and use Snapchat. They really need to get a better fix for this though.
You did not mention which phone you use, but I know on the Samaung Galaxy phones you pull down the menu by swiping downwards and the play button is right there to continue playing your paused music on Spotify.
