Loosing stored files

Several times in the past few weeks I have gone to play a tune via my phone whilst not in signal area only to find the 1800 songs I have downloaded locally to my device are gone. Yes, this is a great feature for £9.99 or whatever it is a month, but not if I have to download a mountain of files every time I feel like going away from the wi-fi.

Please sort this issue or you can keep your "premium"

Try reinstalling Spotify.

How many songs do you have synced?

How much space do you have on your device?

Hi,

Yes, Ive deleted data, cache and done a full wipe of system files and re-install.

Around 1600 and there is ample storge space on my device.
