multiple issue, please help

I was listening to a playlist when it just suddenly stopped. Spotify closed and when i reopened it, I was required to log in again. I did but all my saved playlist are gone and every time I click an playlists it didn't load. And if I try using the menu on the side of a playlist it tells me to go online to access menu, but I am online. Please assist.

Well after I made this post problem 2 resolved itself, I can access playlists again, but all my music is still gone

Try logging out and back in again? Possibly clear your cache as well.

I tried that already. I've tried everything. The playlists sore up in my recently played but I can't edit then. I can even find it via search, but I can't dowload it or anything.
