Spotify deleting local saved tracks

Hi,

I added several tracks to my own playlist in Spotify, the tracks are from soundcloud which I downloaded. I added these to a playlist while being on my Macbook. I turned on "Offline available" on my mobile (Nexus 5) within the application. I was able to play the tracks in offline mode for like 2 days, then on the mobile all the tracks are displayed and greyed out as "Track not available". This happens everytime I try to add some local files to my offline playlist.

Is this a known bug? Could this be relaed to my mobile firmware on my nexus? I have CM12 installed.

Please help me, otherwise I feel the need to use a different music player although I really like spotify....
