When I go to songs and select shuffle all it just shuffles through like 10 songs over and over and doesn't actually select random songs, any solutions?

Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

Please help! I am leaving on an 18 hour flight and I have done the clean install like 3 times but still when I am off line I can only hear about 5 songs on shuffle. I have no way to listen offline to my full cataloug and I am ready to give up on the whole service. I was so excited about my new premium Spotify, but now I can't get any of the benefits.

Are these locally synced files or ones from the Spotify Server?

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
