I can't get shuffle to shut off on android note 3. Please help. Thank you! 🙂

If you are a free user, you can only listen to music in shuffle mode.

If you are a premium user this is how to turn off shuffle. This photo is for the iPhone, but it's very similar in the Android app.

Thank you. When I do this is brings up a screen to "Get Premium". I already
have premium. Please help me get what I am paying for. Thank you so much.

Hi,

Try logging out and back in again. Also, make sure you are logging in with the same account you set your premium subscription up with... sometimes it's easy to setup premium using your email address/Spotify account and then end up logging in on the app with your Facebook account which is treated seperately.

Can you try checking your Account page?

If still not able to get premium features I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
