    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, and welcome to the community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) Have you checked your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_blank"&gt;Subscriptions page&lt;/A&gt; to make sure you are still premium?&lt;BR /&gt;2) Try reinstalling Spotify.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I'm no longer a premiumuser since the latest spotify update although I pay for the premiumservice! I logged me out and im several times but it didn't worked! Anyone can help?</description>
