Artwork as lock screen wallpaper

Good evening,

I'm getting this bug with spotify.

When music plays and close the spotify from the lock screen (X button on the right ), locks' screen wallpaper changes to the last songs' artwork.

Tried to close the app but it's still there. Phone needs reboot to fix it.

Android OS: 5.0.2

Phones tested : HTC One M7 & Motorola MOTO G (1st gen)

Android Rooted?: NO

Spotify Version: 2.4.0.825

I have screenshot attached with the album artwork as wallpaper while spotify is stopped.

There's been a few reports of this. I don't think a resolution has been found other than a reboot or possibly force closing the Spotify app.

That's the issue.

Tried force closing, still the artwork there.

So annoying rebooting the device every time 😕

Unfortunately this is an Android bug. I've seen plenty of reports of it happening with users on youtube, play music, chromecast, beyond pod etc
