The Allow Gapless Playback option is not saving on the Android app.

Every time I re-open Spotify the setting is disabled.

Hmm; it's retaining gapless on mine. Maybe try a clean install? The guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

Having the very same issue. I'll try uninstalling per Daniel's advice.

I tried doing a clean uninstall per the link in Daniel's post. I then went to Settings, turned on Gapless, set the quality to High Quality, and edited my notification settings. I then terminated the app and waited a moment. After I reopened the app, I went to Settings and found that Gapless had turned itself off but the quality and notifications settings had stayed put.
