Hi, Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

[COMPLETE GUIDE] How to fix most Android issues

If you follow these steps and also read on for tips on how to get the cache to your SD by doing things like setting extreme quality you shouldn't have any issues. Second to that I also recommend reading this thread as you are rrunning Lollipop: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Android/PLEASE-READ-Android-5-x-Lollipop-Distorted-playback-sound-levels/td-p/1028205

Wiped Cache and Data, Spotify stopped working!

Tried to follow this, to get my offline playlists on my SD card: https://support.spotify.com/us/problems/#!/article/switch-storage-of-Spotify-files-from-internal-memory-to-my-SD-card-android

Now I get a prompt saying Spotify has stopped each fifth second. REALLY annoying. The only solution I found is to uninstall and re-install the app (clearing through apps page in settings didn't do anything).. so the solution I found is really no solution at all.

I use Android 5.0 Lollipop, on HTC One dual sim.

Need a fix! The best fix would be the ability to simply MANUALLY choose storage. Why they haven't got this yet is beyond me! Should be standard considering this app takes up more space than ANY other app!!
