topic lost all music saved in Android https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/lost-all-music-saved/m-p/1089729#M41774 <P>hey there</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Maybe the question has been asked a million times, so i am sorry if I ask again.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Due to the fact that my Samsung Galaxy S4 didn't work anymore after the update to lollipop I had to do a factory reset. I of course backed up everything and installed it again and everything works fine. Except all my music on spotify is not there anymore. does anyone know how I can get it back on my phone?</P><P>It also seems to be that I am one of the persons where spotify says I have the free version even though i have the premium account. Don't know if this is causing the issue.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I got the standard answer that i probably logged on to a second account, which i realised I have.
