Song tracks skip

I have an Android Galaxy S4. I have re-installed Spotify App 2x as well as clear the cache but, continue to have very frustrating issue with when playing a song, it skips to the next after a few seconds...like a CD that is scratched! I dont know what to do about this at all! Please help! Thank you!..........I am considering dropping my membership if I cannot resolve this because, I do not like paying $$ and not getting the service I should.

I have the exact same problem. I did the same and still nothing. Logged out and in many times and it still skips. I can never listen to music properly, song skips every couple seconds.

Went to Google Music and no longer have this issue. Very frustrated dealing
with the Spotify and their lack of Tech Support and frankly don't have the
time patience to research this issue with the Community

Exactly! I also went over to Google music. I have never had a song skip
tracks on me. I'm able to listen to an entire song without any
interruption. And I got a free six month trial as well. Which sweetened the
deal. But now, I gotta figure out a way transfer playlists. Do you know how
I can do that?

First off, Congrats on free six month trial!....How did you get a six
months free??........As far as transferring playlists ...I still have yet
to research this...if I come up with a solution , I will let you know!

Did you try disabling nuplayer in Android? link at the top of the forum on how to do this.
