Hi I'm having trouble with the spotify connect when I play music on my moms account when she goes to play something on her phone on her account also it turns off what I'm listening too can anyone please help me fix this problem it's very irritating and annoying

Unfortunately, if it is just one account, both of you cannot be listening on different devices. You might want to consider getting a second account and looking forward to Spotify Family!

As mentioned you can only listen to music on one device at a time. Also be aware that account sharing is in violation of the Spotify terms and conditions of use. You should consider a family account, www.spotify.com/family
