Hey everybody,

since I use the Spotify app, the equalizer of it works just fine on normal songs (the ones which are from spotify itself). Whenever I play synced music from my computer (added from the local files to the playlist and downloaded with Spotify Premium on my S5 Mini), the equalizer does not work for this kind of tracks. Everytime I need to go to the settings and click on the equalizer-option. With a 70/30 chance it enables itself back and everything is fine. The real problem is, that this has to be done for every (!) track (the ones from the computer).

Does anyone know a solution to my problem? It's really annoying whenever a new track starts playing quite loudly because there's no bass and so on.

Thanks for your help!

Regards,

Darkshadow9

Sorry but imported songs don't have that option, they are not available for gapless or crossfade playback.

Thanks for the reply!

So, does that mean that deactivating the crossfade option does fix that issue with the equalizer?

I just tested it myself, it does not work.

In that case, I will no longer pay for premium I guess and use the normal music player of android instead.
