However every so often Spotify undownloads all the music I've downloaded for no apparent reason. I have never failed on payments. Now this latest time I have lost a load of playlists which I carefully built up through hand picking songs I like. What's the point of being on premium if just when I need my music, out for a run or abroad, I lose it all.
