I'm getting tired of this, 2 weeks ago I talk with a person that supports me for my problem on the twitter page from SpotifySuport. He asked me about my account my cellphone model but they won't reply back anymore I don't know what else to do! I've done literaly EVERYTHING for solve this problem. I'm paying for premium and I'm wasting my money because nobody can reply to me anymore on Spotify Suport. It's not fair because I know that I'm not the only one dealing with this problem and certanly I'm not the only one PAYING!!!. So I'm done. I don't know what else to do! I hope someone of the suport team can answer these.
