Is it the stock Android one?<BR /><BR />Have you restarted your phone? Are you on Android Lollipop, if so please disable nuplayer from Developer Settings.<BR /><BR />Spotify just taps into whatever EQ is active on your device, it's not actually a part of the Spotify app so the issue is most likely with the device.
