PC local files not playing on Mobile

Hi,

My local files on PC that normally played on mobile and have done until tonight now are unavailable- "this track is not available" and grayed out. I listen to a lot of K-Pop and J-Pop which are not available on spotify. The only tracks available have their artists. If I cannot get the rest of my music back on to my phone I am cancelling my membership for good. I purchased premium with the intention of being able to have all my music in one place, and right now this is not being fulfilled. Thanks.

Have you tried re-syncing? Do you have any cache cleaning apps that may have deleted your offline files?

No I have not, and if I had deleted them spotify should have reinstalled them as per usual when it syncs
