Why can't I change any of the music I have saved on my account? It was working fine a week ago but now it is stuck on shuffle and says that im always offline even though i have 3G.

Hi there and welcome to the community,

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

I have just tried that and it still won't play any song i choose. It says I have to pay for premium to even remove shuffle now.

Hmm, it looks like you are logged in with a different account. That's what is causing the shuffle issue.

Are you sure that you are logged in with the right account?

Yes im signed in through Facebook and it was working fine last week.

Does it help when you fill in your Facebook details in the username and password field?

It just signed me in as the same person.
